🛠️ Your Everyday AI Toolkit

Use AI to Automate Your Email Management

I just started using Cora, an AI email manager, and it turns out I am ENJOYING it… a lot.

Instead of getting emails trickling in throughout the day, they are all held and then dropped to me in a concise and organized brief with expandable sections only twice: 9am and 4pm. See for yourself:

Cora, the AI Email Manager I Use.

3 things I’m loving so far about it:

  1. Smart Summaries: The brief automatically extracts and highlights key insights from each email. i.e., I love Tiago Forte's productivity newsletter but only want to read further after seeing the top themes Cora pulls.

  2. Continuous Improvement : I can teach Cora's AI which emails matter most (like urgent client work) and continuously refine the rules. When it occasionally mis-categorizes something, I just update the settings and it learns for next time.

  3. Fun UX: The interface and functionality make email way more fun, AND it’s really nice seeing only 2 emails a day in my inbox.

💭 Prompt of the Week

This prompt tells you how you can build a $1 million business within 12 months, starting with no money.

I’ve tried it with friends, and it’s led to insightful explorations! The subject line of this email was no joke, one of my friends even changed his agency’s core offer after seeing the output he got from this prompt.

A couple weeks later, he landed a contract with his brand new offer! I asked him how he felt about it and he responded, “AI is a cheat code, it literally tells you what to do.”

That’s the key part, It tells YOU what to do.

Since you probably tell your AI a ton of information about yourself, it’s able to tailor your game plan based on everything it knows about your background, strengths, weaknesses, & life situation.

So share this with someone you want to compare answers with and I promise it’ll be a fun conversation!

I want you to act as my personal business strategist and help me build a digital business that can generate $1 million in revenue within 12 months — with zero startup capital, no prior experience, and no technical background.

Start by asking me the most important questions to understand my strengths, personality, time availability, interests, and preferred business style (e.g., service-based, content-driven, product-based, or passive income).

Then, build me a customized, step-by-step business plan that includes:

• A business model I can launch fast with no capital

• A high-demand offer people will pay for

• A 12-month monetization and growth roadmap

• A content and marketing plan using free tools

• A lead generation system I can execute without ads

• AI tools and ChatGPT prompts to automate my work

• A scaling system to grow without a big team

• Weekly milestones and revenue goals

• Habits and mindset shifts to execute like a 7-figure

make this plan lean, high leverage and ruthlessly effective.

I want something so powerful, it feels like a cheat code.

Let's build me million-dollar business step-by-step from the ground up

💡 AI News You Can Use

Last Week in AI

  • OpenAI Releases New Model: GPT-5

    • There’s A LOT of chatter around this new model release, so let me breakdown my top 3 things to know about this new model:

    • 1) Hybrid Model - This model can handle any request now, by detecting the best method to answer your question and deciding on the back-end which model to use. So you don’t need to select from a long list of models anymore

    • 2) Vibe Coding - One of Claude’s main advantages over ChatGPT has been it’s Artifacts feature, which allows it to quickly build websites and apps for you from just your prompts. ChatGPT can now do the same (see tiktok demo

    • 3) Mixed Reviews - Result seems to be mixed. Some people were expecting for it to be a radical improvement, but it seems like it’s just an incremental improvement. My early results are showing me that it can give back much more thorough & lengthy responses. This is usually a positive for me, but sometimes it’s just too wordy.

  • OpenAI Releases Free AI Models - You can read about the models and download them. This is great news especially for people who have privacy as their #1 priority and want to be able to run AI models locally on their own computers. So far, I only locally run audio/video to text transcriptions, but I might explore more use cases in the future. Let me know if you want a more in-depth tutorial on this!

  • Google Releases “Guided Learning” in Gemini - It’s powered by its LearnLM models built with educators and learning scientists. When you give it topics or documents, instead of just giving answers, it uses step-by-step guidance, interactive media, and open-ended questions to help you deeply understand any topic.

📖What I’m Learning

If you’re interested in what I’ve been digging into… check out:

  1. Experimenting with Delegating to ChatGPT Agent - I’m still experimenting with ChatGPT’s recent feature, Agent mode. One of my team’s clients is seeing some success with getting it to automate the creation of prospect proposals, so that was exciting to see.

  2. Introducing Cora: AI Email Management AND Inbox Zero (Gmail) - I recently combined these two methods of email so that I can get the best of both having a condensed brief and the sorted multiple inboxes of inbox zero. Shoutout to the Cora team for the concept video and great execution on the UI. Also, the inbox zero tutorial from Jeff Su is straight-forward, and he also has an outlook one as well.

Final Thoughts

These AI tools are rapidly evolving, but I hope this breakdown helped expose you to specific use cases and ideas! Let me know if you have any questions.
