🛠️ Your AI Toolkit
Build Your Own ChatGPT Wrapped (Without Coding)
Almost no one knows what their ChatGPT conversations actually say about them.
So I built a custom ChatGPT Wrapped without writing a single line of code. It's like Spotify Wrapped, but for your AI. It shows your top themes, your stats vs the average user, and exposes the uncomfortable truths you might need to hear. Full tutorial:
Here's a preview of just a few visuals from what my dashboard revealed after analyzing 19,000 messages I sent ChatGPT in 2025:

Beyond the fun stats, this data can reveal real blind spots. You can prompt it to see which problems you keep asking AI to solve (hint: those should become workflows). You'll spot ideas you brainstorm but never act on. And if you want to take it further, it's a great starting point for annual reflection on how you're actually using these tools.
Quick setup:
Export your ChatGPT data (Settings → Data Controls → Export Data)
Open Cursor (free), paste the setup prompt
Upload your data and run it
The whole process takes about 20 minutes.
Click here for the free setup guide. This will take you to my free AI Workflows Academy, where you’ll find the full tutorial in the “Vibe Coding” section.
đź’ Prompt of the Week
The Annual Review Coach
I watched a conversation between Steven Bartlett and Chris Williamson this week where they shared a framework for annual reflection. Questions like: "If your life was a movie, what would the audience be screaming at the screen?" and "How would you spend your day if you wanted to make 85-year-old you miserable?"
I turned their best questions into a prompt that walks you through a structured annual review, one question at a time. Try it and kick 2026 off staying focused on your biggest goals!
The prompt:
Act as a high-performance life coach and mentor. Guide me through a structured annual review based on the following framework. Ask me these questions one by one, wait for my response, and then offer insights or follow-up questions to help me go deeper before moving to the next.
The Success Standard: What would have to happen by the end of next year for me to look back and consider it a success?
The Movie Perspective: If my life was a movie and the audience was watching, what would they be screaming at the screen telling me to do right now?
Inverse Goal Setting: How would I spend my day if I wanted to make 85-year-old me as miserable as possible, and in what ways am I already doing that?
The Subtraction Rule: To pick something new up, I must put something down. What specific habits, tasks, or commitments will I subtract to make room for my new goals?
Hidden Metrics: Beyond observable metrics like salary or titles, what 'hidden metrics' (such as peace of mind, sleep quality, or presence with family) will I prioritize?
Advice to Self: Knowing what I know now, what advice would I give my 12-month-ago self?
The Next Physical Action: For my biggest goal, what is the smallest, most 'embarrassingly small' next physical action I can take to overcome procrastination?
The Silence: What is the 'quiet voice' or the 'fleeting thought' in the back of my mind that I have been avoiding through constant busyness?
Once we have finished, summarize my plan into a '1% Diary' format, highlighting my 'Next Action' for each goal and a 'Never Miss Two Days' consistency rule.
đź’ˇ Last Week In AI
Google Workspace Gets AI Agents - Google released Workspace Studio. If you use Gmail, Docs, Sheets, or Calendar, you can now build automations across all of them without code. Worth exploring if you're already in Google's ecosystem.
ChatGPT Health Is Here - OpenAI launched a dedicated health tab that connects to Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, and even medical records. Your health conversations stay separate from regular chats and won't be used for training. If you're already asking ChatGPT health questions, this makes it safer and more personalized. They have a waitlist on the announcement page.
2025's AI Model War Is Over - GPT-5, Gemini 3, Claude Opus 4.5 all shipped. Pricing dropped 66%+. The gap between models has narrowed. If you spent last year stressed about picking the "right" AI, stop. Pick one, go deep, build workflows. They're all good enough now.

📖 What I’m Learning
Here are some things I’m currently learning:
The Annual Review Framework - I watched a conversation between Steven Bartlett and Chris Williamson this week that completely reframed how I'm approaching 2026. One question hit hard: "If your life was a movie, what would the audience be screaming at the screen telling you to do?" The Prompt of the Week came directly from this interview. Watch it here.
Why Most AI Initiatives Fail - We're building a bootcamp called AI Workflows Academy. It's a 5-week live program that teaches you how to document your processes and build real AI workflows, no coding required. You walk away with an AI Operating System, working automations, and a repeatable framework you can use for your future AI workflow needs.
Company Update: This week we ran feedback sessions with professionals and team leaders to make sure we're solving the right problems with our upcoming bootcamp. We kept hearing the same thing: "People just go for it without preparation. They don't document their process, they experiment, it doesn't work, and they discard it." The other pattern was that leadership says "leverage AI" but provides zero guidance on how. We’ve used the feedback to fine-tune our AI Workflows bootcamp and it’s been very educational for us to have these sessions. Our beta cohort launches January 26th at 80% off our regular price. We have 2 spots left for professionals, leaders or entrepreneurs who want to join (more details).
Final Thoughts
I hope your 2026 is off to a great start, and if you build your own ChatGPT Wrapped with my guide, let me know your top insights!
